An absolutely amazing time at the hotel and spa! It's so magical at christmas, it feels like you've escaped to another world. The spa was blissful and peaceful and the room gorgeous with a beautiful view and the most comfortable beds! We'll be back!

Rooms are an expensive stay for what they are. Staff was friendly this time and check in didn’t take to long. The pool was cold and There was pool construction which we didn’t know. ( this was one off the reasons we had come down for)
