"The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Som Moniroth. The hotel provided a free taxi service into town which was excellent and super convenient to get a Tuk Tuk back. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only downside was there was no spa despite Expedia advertising there was; staff at Expedia were helpful with resolving this. "

Here, you’ll find comforts that can often be hard to find in Cambodia; a working and reliable air conditioning, soft fresh towels, soft fresh bed sheets, super clean bathrooms and bright lights in the bathroom so you can see what you’re doing!! "The staff was excellent. Jilly (sp?) was lovely. She was so helpful and friendly and just such an engaging person . The food was excellent. The 2 cats that live there (Nina and Simone) were very sweet and friendly. The location is great and you can walk to anything you want to see in town. If you want to visit a pepper farm the staff is happy to coordinate for you. The only negative for me is that the beds are super duper firm. "The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"
