"It was quiet and exclusive. The staff is extremely friendly. It was near a bus stop and was great although the walk up to the hotel with a luggage bag can be quite tedious. Rooms are not that new but very clean!"

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...

"I stayed in this hotel in February, the weather was not so cold, but it was definitely much colder in the room inside! My bed was right next to the window and in the morning I always woke up frozen. Only after everybody started to complain, the hotell switched the heating on, the very next day it was turned. So stay was pretty cold and unfriendly."

"The hotel room was nice and new looking (maybe it was renovated recently?), just like what you see in the pictures. A couple things I did not like: 1) the heat/AC wasn't really working (or maybe I just didn't know how to operate it...), but it did not bother me as it was not hot or cold when I was there (October 2024). 2) the hotel room was pretty small. I booked a 2 twin room, the beds were very close together, and there was no room to open suitcases so it had to be always closed and upright....

"Best hotel in Seoul! The staff, room, cleanliness, customer service was next level!! It made our experience in Seoul perfect and special for my father and I. The beds were super confortable too, slept like a baby! If and when I come back I will stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul! Highly recommend!"
