The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant did not always have everything on the menu. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee. This is likely because there were hardly any guests so they dont make a pot of coffee. However on a day they had an influx of guests, it magically appeared. Some basic items luke tuna sandwiches was not available though it on the menu. With minor adjustments they can guest experience better. We also pai cash for our meals. However when checking out, they gave us bills for 2 meals to be paid. We had to get restaurant staff come and verify that we in fact always paid cash. My adviceto guests would be to maintain your own copy of paid receipts if paying with cash. If you are using hotel approved taxi services, be aware that they change rates based on which staff member quotes you the price.. though the overall service was good at the hotel, i was disappointed with this inconsistentancy and felt we were being taken advantage of.
