"My first time at Atlantis and was pleasantly surprised with the facility from lobby to room amenities. The quality used in the hotel is by far top quality. The room is expensive but that goes with the location. My only complaint is the check in/check out process as the lines are mad long and it took me like 30 mins to check out while the official check out process took like 5 mins. Even waiting in line to ask a question in the lobby can stretch to double digit waiting time."

The room was very very clean and the housekeeping staff did an absolute perfect job, we used to find our room impeccable organized every time we came back. They provided us ride to the airport and the taxi was right in front of the hotel the moment we came downstairs. The whole staff was very polite and respectful!
