“BLUE PALOMA B&B in Lucea, Jamaica was an amazing experience. We stayed over a week in that wonderful place and were treated like Queens. The B&B itself is a large home surrounded by tropical trees with 10 spacious beautiful rooms, equipped with AC and fans. “Overall a great place to stay. As we had room 17 at the very top, our view was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Kitchen setup was good for making breakfast or a light meal. The only down side with our stay was the seating for the room . The bar stools in the room, and on the balcony are only comfortable for a short sitting time, and the only other option was to lay down on the bed. “Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time”

“Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!”

“Ce qui est surtout magnifique c’est l’endroit une fois atteins car c’est en plein cœur de la nature. La végétation, les différentes espèces de plantes, c’est hyper ressourçant. Par contre il faut absoluement un 4x4 pour s’y rendre car la route est désastreuse. (On a crevé en pleine montée, il fait vraiment bien conduire pour y aller avec une citadine) du coup, impossible de bouger de là bas avec la petite voiture, ce qui fait qu’on a prit 4 bières et 2 plats locaux pour 85 dollars.
