Services need to be improved. Staff needs to be more warmest this comparing it to the JHL solitaire. Other than that, good stay for what you pay.

There was a continuous construction noise while I was staying there non-stop even in 3 am midnight. I can't sleep well. Also the sink stopper was broken. I requested the staff to fix it. Someone came and was not able to fix it.

The room is quite small and they didn't really check the room condition. No communication between receptionist and F&B staff at all.

Overall the experience at the hotel was very satisfactory. The staff are very polite and respectful. The rooms are very well decorated and overall one gets very energetic vibes. The only inconvenience I faced was elevators. To get elevator on time is very difficult, although there are 4 of them working at same time. There is a very long waiting time for it. The hotel needs to improve their elevator programme.

아침 식사 5성급처럼 다양하지만 역시 호텔식이라 확 끌리는 음식은 못찾음 방이랑 시트가 5성급 수준으로 너무 편하고 좋지만 작은 방은 작은 편 차타고 여기저기 다니기 좋은 위치

Very nice and secured hotel. Room is big with Balinese theme. Staffs were very helpful and location is strategic close to Summeracon mall. Breakfast spread was good, satisfied stay. Wiill come back again for my next business trip.
