"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."

"They were doing remodeling, and that was not mentioned before checking in."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"This hotel is super clean, very comfortable and modern with an excellent staff and a decent breakfast. Road noise and hall noise were just a tad high, but I'd stay here again."

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "
