Noisy room 651 next to the service elevator
They put me on unit 651 which was next to the service elevator with the elevator machinery right above it. Once the cleaning crew started working at 8am it was simply impossible to sleep inside that room due to the very high noise from the elevator. That room should not be used for guests, let alone Gold members

O atendimento é ótimo, todos da recepção são muito simpáticos e solicitos , o hotel é super estiloso e muito confortável. A localização é perfeita e perto de tudo. Uma sugestão seria colocar toalhas de rosto e pano de chão de banheiro. De resto não tenho do que reclamar. A decoração é linda, o hotel é muito confortável. Voltaria mais vezes.
