"There was a plumbing noice in the room all night. When the issue was brought to the attention of a manager, we were moved to a different side of the hotel that was much better. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that seems to have been renovated recently as it is in excellent condition. My room and bathroom were beautifully appointed. The dining and reception area are scenic with excellent service. I also enjoyed the gym and spa. "

"Excellent hotel - great location, view, amenities and ambiance. Housekeeping services were sloppy (forgetting to put bath/hand/face towels. Did not vacuum our room once during a 5-day stay. Remaining staff and their services were excellent."

"The staff were great, very help full and polite. The room was okay , bed good, shower good apart from a bit of mould on grout. The location was fantastic, just minuets walk for the train station or 5 minuets from the tramway. We stayed on 5th floor and it was still quite noisy but hay this is Istanbul !! It's Mad , it's loud it's crazy, it's intense, and I love it!! "

"I stayed here for more than a week because it is so comfortable. It is the best value in the area, and very stylishly renovated. It has kitchenettes, a safe, mini fridge, dishwasher, writing desk, coffee table, TV with 2 channels in English (BBC, Al Jazeera news), bidet, exposed brick, large openable windows (or fabulous patio, I stayed in two different rooms)."
