"I proprietari sono stati molto gentili a farci lasciare il bagaglio in camera più a lungo del check-out. Purtroppo l'aspetto comunicazione invece ha lasciato molto a desiderare, fino al giorno prima non sapevo se la camera era confermata o meno e altre cose. "Non ho potuto soggiornare perché l'host ha cancellato la prenotazione esattamente il giorno prima indicando problemi idrici al condominio.
