"The staff was very friendly and helpful! This a good location in Positano, you have access to both beaches by feet and access to alot of yummy restaurants. You can not escape stairs at Positano, but at least this location saves the steps based on its location. "

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel and we cannot say enough about the owner and the staff. They were truly wonderful, so kind, thoughtful and friendly. Just fantastic people. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and the balcony was so nice, overlooking the sea each morning and night in Positano is truly a privilege. We enjoyed the light breakfast brought to our room each morning and the croissants were some of the best we had in Italy. We rented a Vespa nearby and rode to Ravello and...

"A unique type of "hotel". The room concept with a shared kitchen was great. You received biscuits and coffee but the equipment to have your own breakfast as well as space in a common fridge. Room was spacious with a view of the sea and private balconies. A great concept that suited our needs. Host was amazing."

"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"We decided to drive down from Rome to Positano and found Villa Fortuna on Hotels.com last minute on Nov 20. It is off season, so we were happy to find this room. It turned out to be a great decision. The room was big and spacious, very clean, nice bathroom with supplies. Had 2 balconies with views. The host, Diana, was able to manage everything remotely with us being the only guest. She was very responsive and accommodating. It is located at the top of the hill, but the bus pickup is...

We arrived in the evening, found hotel though had issue finding where to check in and having to wait for reception to show up. Employees were friendly and polite. Otherwise would recommend highly to stay here. "
