Pick up your tickets from the visitor center more than 45 min ahead of time or they will give them away! I found the whole process in need of improvement. They gave our tickets away and made us wait an hour- which is fine I saw the fine print. But then for the next tour we were asked to be in line 30 min ahead of time---we sat around and waited once we got in there. Then a group of 4 ladies show up who never went and got their tickets--theirs were given away too of course but the volunteer said it happens all the time and let them in anyways in front of other people! Seems like the process is in need of some revamping.
