"Hotel was located in center of everything you want to do in Seoul. It was close to shopping, food, and transportation facilities. Everything was so convenient. Front desk customer service agents were very friendly and knowledgeable. I want to acknowledge CINDY at the front desk especially for her friendliness and her professionalism. She was So Very Awesome. One of the best best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you "

"Excellent place. I like the Splasir in Dongdaemun better because the desk chairs there are more comfortable and there is a mini fridge in those rooms. That being said - staff here at Myeongdong are fab - and so is the location."
