“The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

“숙소가 번화가 근처에 있는데 방음이 좋아서 잘때 조용함. 창문이 많은데 모든 창문의 뷰가 다 이뻤음. 근처 성당에서 종소리가 들리는데 마음의 평화가 깃들 정도임. 숙소 문만 열고 나가면 갈만한 식당과 아이스크림 가게, 과일 가게가 있어서 대만족. 매일 과일 가게에서 몇개씩 사와서 먹고 그랬던게 아직도 그리움. 숙소 아주 깔끔하고 방이 두개라서 네명이 넉넉히 잠. 층고가 아주 높고 박공 지붕 스타일이라서 엄청난 개방감이 있음. 근데 우리 중간에 한번 수건 교체해주는 줄 알았는데 그게 없어서 의아했음. 뭔가 착오가 있었던게 아닐까 싶음. 4박5일 묵었음. ”

“Our stay was fabulous. We arrived to be greeted by Richard the owner. Richard had a wonderful warm welcome for us. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. Th breakfast was fantastic but what blew us away was the cleanliness of the hotel. We had tea coffee and drinking water in the room as well. We would highly recommend this hotel and Richard you need to increase you room rates. Thank you for a wonderful stay can’t wait to or back. Marion and Roseanne ”

“Nice, clean room in a great location. Close to town and right on the Camino route. Excellent staffs, very helpful and professional! Rooms are not well soundproof as we can hear noisy neighbors late into the night.”
