“This is a great way to stay in central Nottingham. It’s a full apartment with kitchen that is very roomy and convenient for a few days stay. You even get milk and breakfast cereals! The only caveat is that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep so avoid if you have mobility issues. Also the street outside can be noisy but this died down at 11-12pm and did not interfere with my sleep.”

“It was so handy for pubs nearby and the party we were going to was at Via Fossa on Canal Street, which was a 10 minute walk max from 16 Pilcher Gate. We met one of the housekeepers this morning - asked about our stay. Very friendly. All positive good vibes. Thanks. We will be back.”

“I have stayed in this property previously and each time it has been exemplary in relation to cleanliness, comfort and accessibility. If I have one minor slightly less positive comment it is that there is no provision for recycling that I've been able to find.”

“Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.”

“The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. Theres only three rooms so its not overly busy and the parking is very secure with a phone controlled gate on entry and exit to the property. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with a fridge, kettle, TV and a bathroom (I think one room has a separate...
