"We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Positives: good location, great spacious rooms in the sea view suite, fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle runs to town free of charge. Only negatives are: Not all-inclusive, only small selection of standard drinks and 2/3 cocktails. "Exceptionally beautiful and well-run hotel. We stayed in a self-catering villa and it's certainly the best hotel we've stayed at for these rates per night (and preferable to having bed and breakfast at a lesser hotel). Fantastic beach and location. The only negative being the rather rusty and dated equipment in the gym. Overall, highly recommended."

"Still needs some work. Hallways are dark and dreary. Not sure the flooring in the rooms was the way to go as they are noisy above and below your room. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The VIP status got us a bottle of wine was there supposed to be other amenities as a VIP? "

"The property is right on the harbour, the roooftop bar and pool are good. Our room was a bit dark with not great views but otherwise everything was good. The spa could do with a water cooler in for people to rehydrate"

"3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights and our stay was great. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and greeted us every time with a smile and hello as we were on the same floor. The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing. "Experience here was excellent as always. Service is second to none, hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is brilliant. The only slight downside this time was that the air con is centrally controlled so had to keep the doors of the room open at night which then meant extra noise etc. but really a minor comment. Will be back again!"

"We just came back from a 3 night stay at Adriana hotel. We had an amazing time and loved everything about it.
