Great place to stay and close to medical center. They provide a shuttle for travel in the local area. Wonderful free breakfast.

The only major issue I had with the property is their drainage / plumbing! It was none existent. Everyday I showered the water in their bathtub collects around my feet till I’m ankle deep in my own soapy shower water because the building is so old their drainage is extremely slow making it so uncomfortable to still be standing in dirty water during and after a shower! It took about 10mins to drain then I had to wash my feet separately. when i complained i was told this was the norm because of the age of the building and how old it was, which meant they had no plans to solve the issue - just blamed the building. Plenty of old buildings where I come from where the plumbing is kept up to date and maintained well. Yet the amount we paid to stay here was so expensive making it not worth the money for me because good drainage an expectation not a luxury to me!

The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and great soft sheets. The fitness center is above average with good equipment, Including two rowing machines, free weights, mats, and ear buds. The air conditioner worked great! The shower had lots of hot water and good pressure even though we were on the 11th floor. Had lots of outlets and plugs, digital clocks next to the bed, and automatic shades—one light filtering and one room darkening. Parking is in an attached garage. It’s a relatively new hotel. The breakfast was an unexpected delight with lots of options. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful manager at the Hyatt Place by the name of Precious. She was very cordial, polite, caring, and provide our stay to be as comfortable as possible. This location has been ideal for my husband and I, we will continue to stay at Hyatt Place and recommend the location to family and friends.
