"I loved the room! Most hotels these days have no rails to put your hand towels, this hotel had them which I really liked. I liked having tissue available. and plenty of space to hang clothes. The lighting at the sink could be a little brighter. And I would prefer having local channels to watch instead of the streaming channels that most hotels have gone to. "It was ok. Check-in was quick and friendly. It looks as if they've recently changed all the room door locks to an RFID card, but the doors now all have huge cracks you can see in the rooms. Plus, with the door gap, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms in yours. The water from the tap is ok as long as you let it sit and let the chlorine off-gas itself. There's a water machine in the lobby, but it's always in disrepair. The pillows are an assortment of tiny marshmallow-shaped things....

"Terrible experience. Management not able to help at all even though I called a long time in advance to secure a late check in. The day of check in nobody was at the premise and they were not picking up my calls either. Unfortunately, I needed to find another place to slee. A couple of days I called again to further understand what happened and they were very rude and unreasonable. Stay away of this property. Very dissapointing experience."
