"I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team."

"The front desk assistants are very friendly and helpful. They showed me how to take the hotel shuttle bus to subway station, they let me borrow the correct electric plug without additional charge. The breakfast has a lot of options. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay🙏👍"

Central location was very convenient . & a special thank you & expression of appreciation to Martin at Concierge desk .He was very friendly & helpful in dining recommendations, & transportation items , so we could get to where we needed to go .
