"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in Vinoearl Discovery 2. Enjoyed it and it was very nice. The air condition seemed to be set so it could not be lowered under 26c. This felt a bit a hot at night time. This should be changed. The restaurant was busy so it was hard to get access to the BBQ food."

"I booked a villa with private pool on the beachfront, I got a studio on the 11th floor. I booked at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas and ended up at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas & Resort and in the highrise resort part. Not sure if I've been "ripped" by Expedia or by Vinpearl. All info from Expedia shows that I was in a ground level room/villa of a facility that was only 1 level. So, so disappointed. Lovely hotel, a bit out of the way and not English

"We arrived at 10am as our flight was an early one, the reception staff were amazing, they looked after our bags and managed to get us a room by midday! During our stay the food was great, staff were lovely, room was comfortable and pools were clean and refreshing. We wanted to relax so decided to stay close to the airport, bear this in mind if you stay here as the closest shop is a 10 minute drive taxi ride away! We went into central Nhà Trắng once and the taxi was 45 minutes. Very beautiful city! When we checked out they let us continue to use the all inclusive facilities all day until we left for the airport, very nice touch! My only slightly negative comment on the hotel is that we were the only English/western people in the entire complex, everyone was from Russia, Kazakstan or Asia… not a major issue but not a lot of the staff spoke very good English as a result and all the karaoke was in a foreign language! Most staff were astounded when I said please and thank you! Overall had a lovely relaxing 3 day stay here and would definitely come back to Nhà Trang again!"
