"A pleasant old style hotel in the perfect location. Bit of a mix up when checking in - did not show a reservation - but the staff dealt with it in a pleasant friendly manner. Also, Graz is a very nice town with lots of things to do and great food"

"The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "

"Super summer stay in beautiful Graz. Hotel is close to the city center and the Schlossberg. Shopping, dining, bars all in very walkable distance. And it is by the river which is good for a run. Rooftop sauna with beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. only negative to report is the construction works around the hotel 08/2024."
