"Check in was super easy, I used a kiosk for self-check in and there was a real person available for problems or questions. The room was quiet and smoke free. The bed was not very comfortable though."

"The staff was friendly and the property was well kept from what I experienced. I did have an issue with the bathtub not draining after a shower. Another concern were the elevators were down to the rooms. That did not bother me as much because I prefer to use the stairs however, if I had luggage that was too heavy for me to carry, it would’ve been an annoyance. I would not mind staying here again."

"The walk from entry to rooms are too far to drag your luggage's on carpet. Some consideration to older folk. Too many slots that high progressive. My room was good and clean but wall paper in bathroom was coming down. "

"The grounds at Ojo Santa Fe are beautiful. Shout out to exceptional housekeeping supervisor Ozzy that went out of his way to get us into our room. Meals were enjoyable, spa service was very nice, and the hot springs were wonderful on a cool evening. Very nice respite."

"Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. "

"the only issue during our stay was the doorman/porter. they don't allow us to use their hand track to bring our luggage up to room. Meanwhile, they are too short handed to assist the luggage. Ended, we were standing at the front door and waiting for the porter to move the hand track for more than 30 minutes. "

"About 50 minutes from ORD (including a half mile walk from Clark/Lake station). Centrally located for seeing downtown Chicago. Room is modern, simple and an efficient use of space. The technology integration is an interesting feature allowing guests to experience a bit of smart stay (blinds, curtains, lights, and TV all controlled from a UI on an iPad mini in the room. Check In/Out was mostly self-service with a front desk staff there to assist if there were any issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Citizen M."
