"We stayed at the Loft Affair as a family of 4. It was perfect, walkable to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Short taxi ride to the ski slopes. The accommodation itself was stunning, so cosy and comfortable. I only wish we had booked longer than 3 nights. Will definitely stay again when next in Zakopane. :) "

"Room was ok but they gave us ground floor next to the road. It was terribly inconvenient. There was dust and then there was noise. Not a good experience "

"It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . Great food but beds uncomfortable

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
