"We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. "The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

"The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were amazing and very good with the children - the meals were worth the money! Our room was immaculate! The facilities were fab. Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly "

Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. "Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Leisure facilities were wonderful and great to have a pool that the water temperature is so comfortable. Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. My husband ordered poached eggs and they arrived perfectly cooked. Lovely colouring set and VIK token for the children where they could chose a small present was such a nice touch. Loved the football table and other games in the lobby. Drinks area much appreciated too. This was our first stay but it won't be our last, will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all"

Not the first time and I'm sure won't be the last!

"This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"
