Everything in the house was extremely clean and organized. Tito and Martha are very friendly and were very patient explaining us how to move around the city. They also provided us with a very informative map that helped a lot. For an additional 5 CUC per person/day you can get a breakfast at the house which was also great. Although a bit small the room was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The only thing that didn't go very well was connecting to the wifi. The signal is not very strong and to have access you need to buy a pre-paid card for 1 CUC/hour from ETCSA, the official telecom company backed by the government. So don't expect free 24/7 unlimited access, not to mention privacy concerns since it's reasonable to expect the government monitors all your traffic (e.g. to buy an internet card you need to provide your passport number). Overall everything was great and I strongly recommend the place.
