"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. Closest shop about 200...

"I stayed at your hostel for seven nights, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were cooperative, so many attractions were convenient and close to the hostel, and everything overall was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered was that guests have to inform the staff for bed sheet changes and similar services, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you for the great stay!"

"This hotel was a lovely option for a short weekend break. Super close to the underground to travel in and out the city, lots of food options nearby and in a nice area. The staff were all so lovely and the room was perfect for the 2 nights. Some communication on the 40 minute cap on the shower would have been great, but all around a great experience. Would highly recommend. "

"This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting London! Also, I must add during my stay there were in the process of adding a bar area at the location. Great job, Bermonds Locke and staff! "

Great hotel close to the station!

"Can’t fault the hotel, clean, cosy, a great reception with seating and free hot drinks machine for guests. The room was on the small side and the bed isn’t the comfiest, but it’s fine for a short stay. Ideal 5 min walk from Kings X/St Pancras. 30 min walk to Oxford Circus. Luggage storage at £3 per guest. "

Perfect for a theatre stay

"5 minute walk from Euston, the building inside is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable (my only gripe was that the pillows were far too soft for me). A 5 minute walk took us to Russell Square tube station, 3 stops later we were at Leicester Sq right next to our theatre and plenty of places to eat. "

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
