Pros: large room, clean, quiet, convenient location Cons: outdated interiror, inconvenient hallway access with steps, and unhelpful staff: the vale was standing inside, did not bother to even open the doors, noone came out to help with luggages. Also, there was no water in the room while the front desk person insisted that there should be 2 bottles. They did not bother to bring it to the room. I went down to pick up. Then I saw they added $8 to my bill fo 2 bottles of water which were supposed to be in the room.

We only stayed one night and got in late, but found the hotel comfortable and accommodating. The bar was closed, unfortunately, so staff recommended dinner at their steak house across the street. The food was great, but a little more expensive than what we were looking for as a late night dinner.

Stayed here for the Hartford marathon since the start and finish lines is literally across the street. Very nice stay, quiet, clean, and convenient. Parking, Starbucks, and pizza within a 5 minute walk. Only negative was only given to 12:30 for a late check out after paying $740 for two nights stay, otherwise they would charge me half a day. City Parking garages close on weekends so you’ll have to find security if your car gets locked in.
