"This inn was beautiful. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Even the dog, Alice, warmed up nicely to us. (She stays outside but welcomes you home with a wagging tail). "The hotel is in a rural area so you will need to rent a car or be prepared to pay a bit more on taxis. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. I also liked the bath and the balcony. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection and the room service menu is limited but I really enjoyed the one meal that I ordered. There are better and cheaper day spas in Chiang Mai so I probably wouldn't use that service again. The resort booked a tour for me and it was smooth and easy....
