"Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by. "

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. "Malta is an exceptional country. This hotel, while not in Valletta proper, is on a number of bus routes. Malta has no train so all transportation is by bus or ferry. It's very easy. The hotel is terrific. No complaints. "

"There is nothing I can criticise with regards to the Hotel Gomerino. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was a great size with a seperate sitting area. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. A huge thing in this Hotels favour is that it is 1 minute walk away from all the restaurants and bars in Merchant St, however we never heard any noise. A great boutique hotel. "
