The private onsen was a godsend! Lovely view of Mt Fuji and Hakone Shrine from the apartment. Outdoor foot bath was fantastic too. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dishwasher was a welcomed bonus for us. Even though the property was unmanned, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful when we had problems accessing the projector. We would definitely stay here again!

This room has a gorgeous view of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji. The view beats any other view of Mount Fuji including fuse from Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako. Simply stunning and one of the most gorgeous view of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I will definitely go back someday.

Hotel was luxuriously equipped with everything we needed and more (we could hardly believe a telescope was provided to admire the scenary and stars!) Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). Shangqi

The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.
