"I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room with a private onsen and enjoyed sitting in it whenever we wanted. A private breakfast and dinner are included and the food was amazing. No need to pay for expensive Kaiseki. We have never felt so pampered."

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite ..."
