"A lovely Inn to stay in historic Hathersage. Small car park that made parking a little tricky at times. Pleasant room overlooking the car park. Bed a little uncomfortable but not a problem. Excellent food and drink in the pub. Breakfast time is limited to 8:30 to 9:30 although they did a slightly later breakfast for us on the Saturday so that my wife could do the nearby parkrun."

"This was a brilliant hotel for dog walkers. Had fantastic facilities such as shower for the dogs after a long muddy walk. The retreat was a lovely addition for you to go and unwind and enjoy a coffee after a long day. Tori who worked the reception was a lovely lady, very welcoming. Rolo our dog loved seeing her. Added bonus was when Rolo got to meet Santa. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. I arrived after a long day and due to a failure of the Hotels.com app, my booking was not showing. The girl on reception found me a lovely room and helped me with the Hotels.com app cockup! I will be staying at this hotel every time I am near Sheffield from now on. "The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. It is modern well appointed. My room had everything l needed and l especially liked the shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good, all the staff were helpful and my poached eggs were cooked to order. I stayed for the England women’s football match and the hotel could not have been nearer the ground. I will definitely book again if l am in Sheffield."
