"Lovely hotel overall. Room was comfortable and pool was nice. Bar area was great with lots of seats and food was very good - we ate in the restaurant on one night and the bar on another. The only let down was some guy of the bar/restaurant staff. It was obvious that some weren’t wanting to work and were lazy - who brings out a meal with condiments on the side of the plate next to the food!!! Just because she ‘couldn’t carry it’! That’s unhygienic and lazy - take 3 trips if you need to but that...

"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay.
