"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. "Booked only four weeks in advance at a very busy time of year. Good value at the peak of Summer time mid August. Two adults a 3 year old and a six year old plenty of room in the property. Would definitely return in the future. Only complaint was we were promised internet / WiFi but not available it didn't detract from the stay."

"We were greeted by the ownerwith an explanation of how to access the fuse board if the power went off. Sure enough, as soon as we tried the kettle,the power tripped. This happened twice so we plugged it in in the lounge. Didn't feel terribly safe to be honest. The central heating was off but there were electric heaters in the bedroom and lounge. No heating in the bathroom. The fridge is rusty, as is the cooker top. Overall it was ok but the power issue really needs sorting. The owner's clearly...

"We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value."

"Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!"
