And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"

"The various facilities are available. We love the swimming pool and jacuzzi area (except you need to bring along your own towel) which is facing such a scenic landscape view of mountains. it's also adjacent to the gym and table tennis room. There's a bbq pit area at the same floor. Last but not least, a roof top overview space. It's clean, spacious to just enjoy the view and relax. Or do even better, do your yoga. "

"We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries."

"There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's good for a family. It's clear and its space is enough for 4 persons. The bad equiments is the TV controler, it's difficult to use and we couldn't watch TV. "

"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). "The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."
