"Almost perfect but for a five star hotel a few minor let downs (really minor…). The funicular to the beach was out of order all week, and the beer tap at the pool bar wasn’t working (all week). Service in the main was excellent, but on leaving awaited 25 minutes for someone to come with a car to our villa to take our cases up to reception (very steep 10 minute walk uphill was the alternative). Car never arrived despite calling 3 times so had to walk…."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited.
