"Boutique Hotel Casa Elefanteis located steps from the tourist/market area of Tlaquepaque. This hotel was a very good value for us. The staff were attentive and aim to please. There is an electronic entrance so coming and going was very easy. The room was comfortable and had a bathroom that was uniquely decorated with a wonderful walk-in shower. "We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night...

"The staff was excellent - particularly Jaime the concierge. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and attended to all of our needs. We had a really great stay! A couple of minor items that ought to be attended to - the restaurant is really slow - not sure if its the front of house or back of house but breakfast took entirely too long and I'm not just saying that as an impatient American. We're talking over an hour for coffee and yogurt. They need to step up their game. Hot tub isn't hot but it wasn't hot at the other 5-star hotel I stayed at in GDL so maybe it's an energy issue. The gym is fairly basic - needs free weights and stretching mats. A portion of it should be padded. Some of the machines made funky noises when you used them - a maintenance issue. Overall, we really had a spectacular stay and would come back."

"This hotel was a great stay as it is inside the airport. If you have a late night trip or an early flight this place is a perfect to stay. You can just walk down to the airport when you are ready to leave. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "
