"Slow season so not all activities or restaurants were available but the trade off was how peaceful it was. The views are majestic everywhere you turn. The food was excellent and every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful. When we mentioned it was our 25th wedding anniversary, there were some treats with a card delivered to our room."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"Our room at Carlson's was cozy, comfy, and super clean -- Carol met us for check-in and made sure we were settled in not just to the room but to the area. Absolutely appreciate the extra touch of hospitality - thank you to Carlson's for the great time in New Hampshire...we'll be back!"

"There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

"The enormous political signage on the front lawn was distasteful and frankly frightening. It is discouraging to learn how many folks align themselves with a terrifyingly disgraceful candidate. "
