"In general, the property was good. But, if you are NOT a smoker- as soon as you walk in the front doors to your left is the entrance to the smoking casino. So that smell hits you first. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient. Elevators all worked and were timely. Room service was good. Blues Burger Bar a must.The point system for the casino is a waste of time. You would have to seriously spend some money to earn them. My husband is a gambler and I think he left with 4-5 pts...

Nice location and comfortable hotel

"This was a nice hotel. We were very happy here and the breakfast was good and beds comfortable- although the sofa bed felt like springs with thin fabric over it- it was unusable. I was also a little surprised at the pink mildew in the shower compared to how clean everything else was. And there was a very strong smell in the lobby when we went in, not sure if it was the employees cologne or what. Thankfully the room was just fine. It’s a nice spot not too far from the American side of Niagara Falls, maybe a 12 min drive. I would stay here again. "
