"For a quick overnight the hotel was fine. The bathroom had some wear and tear, a dirty vent and old slider on the shower. The air conditioner/heating unti could have used a cleaning as well."

"Parking was a hassle as we had to shuttle off site, Arcade room had some non working games such as deflated basketballs, some games took tokens and didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building. This included the cafe, restaurant (which includes room service), gym, bar, and more! I was really impressed by the thoroughness...
