"Every where was clean but around the doors of the escalators were dirty. The rotating front door should be opened. It would be a lovely enterance to the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel needs some tlc. "

"Very nice and comfortable room. Shower takes a bit of time to heat up but nevertheless was very clean, as was the rest of the bathroom. Would definitely stay again! Best location, right in the centre of the town. Only bad thing was that only 1 lift was working, sometimes had to wait a while, but then again you get your steps in for the day taking the stairs!"

"It is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff. The only problem we had is that we booked a room without windows and it was so hot even with 2 fans on. It was difficult to sleep we will stay here again but we will get a room with a window."
