Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "Nice place in the centre of the town. Rooms are on the smaller side but our bed was big and very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Balcony and great view of Brevent from our room. Sauna is on the top floor with very nice view of the mountains. The bar and restaurant area are nice and they serve great coffee. We didn’t have breakfast there but instead chose to go out to the nearby bakery. Overall great location and very comfortable rooms. "

"We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way. "
