"Stayed in handicapped accessible room so not exciting. Only one outlet that was not used for lamps or tv and that was in the bathroom. Room was clean. Breakfast was fair at best but never except much in that area from lodging especially in this price range."

"Most every time when we book through Hotels.com, our room is in the back of the building and almost never on the first floor. Once again we are in the back and on the top floor and the building is no where near full."

"I didn’t have a problem with almost everything but something happened that made me not like my stay. I came in with three suitcases and I had booked a floor on the first floor but when I got there, I couldn’t get that so I said fine, a top floor is fine. I have to bring those three heavy suitcases up to the room by myself, I was up and down the stairs three times and each time I had to reopen the door. Same thing happened when I was supposed to leave. No one even offered to help me. Very...
