I liked the location of the property on the strip quite central and had monorail access. I found the resort fees to be exorbitant due to the pool being closed. Only thing was covered by the $50/ night fee was the fitness center and 2 devices on Wi-Fi. I most likely will not stay at any resort on the strip anymore The value (no resort fees)and available entertainment at Fremont St. make it where I will stay in the future

Dont expect a tremendous upgrade as a Diamond member. Thats been my experience. Great property. The Dog House menu is basic, not much choice there and the food average. With such a nice property they need a better bar menu

The property it’s incredible, all areas are impecable, lobby, hallways, my room. We were upgraded to a Suite, we fell in love with the view. Coming back in the future.

This is a beautiful property and it is new. The service was not at the level we are used to at Ceasars. We had to stay another night in Vegas to to snow conditions going home so we went to front desk to see about extending our stay one night. They told us that would be fine but the room for one more night would be 1200 hotel fees and resort fees. We paid 400 a night for the first 5 nights so now it’s triple because they think they got us due to us being in a tough spot. No thanks! I guess they are not interested in maintaining customers that go to Vegas once a month. Either way it was not a hotel that we felt like was real interested in their guests and giving a high level of service. It had a feeling of get them in and out for the next person. The problem they will have is when not all the people that want to stay in the new hotel on the strip will not be the case in a year or so when they are no longer the “new” hotel. There is a tiny casino at this hotel. They say they are a “resort”. I guess this means because they have so many restaurants because we paid almost 300 extra in “resort fees” and the heated pool was closed the whole time and you have to pay extra to go in sauna because they have it in the spa. So not sure what the “resort fee” is for?? Like I said pretty hotel but we won’t be back.

This was a very clean property with friendly staff and great rooms! The casino was also clean and lots of fun. The food choices were good, a little something for everyone!
