“Booked a 'Superior Suite' as we wanted a bath but, as in a lot of hotels, the plug was removed completely so that we couldn't have one, just a shower, so my wife was quite disappointed, especially after paying more for the privaledge over a standard room.”

“Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package. ”
