"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. "Ideal location next to tramstop to the heart of Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach within minutes. Property was nice and well equipped with everything we needed (we had a studio). The view from the room was gorgeous!! Reception were very helpful and accommodated our out of hours check in. Only difficulty was parking in the car park as we checked in late but we used street parking and then moved the car to the car park when others had checked out the next morning. We didn't make use of the common facilities but they looked brilliant, especially the view from the rooftop terrace! Would definitely stay again! "
