"If you don’t speak Japense and are unfamiliar with a bathhouse and not looking for a traditional experience this is not the spot for you. I enjoyed my stay and the experience overall. The building is old and shows its age. However they keep the place clean for how old it is and change your sheets daily. One night was a little to warm for my liking but the other nights were a good cold temperature. I would stay again."

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee.
