“Stayed for US embassy appointment and very central for transport, food places and a tesco right below. Cleanliness in certain areas quite poor but free upgrade was ideal. Very warm and odd smell in the flat. Would ask for a apartment away from roadside as very noisey due to location. Ryans bar nearby for nice casual pub and drinks.”

“The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)”

“My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back, as will all those who visited and briefly got to enjoy the stunning room or service provided during our 48 hour stay. Thank you ”

“The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. ”

“Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.”

“Lovely apartment with easy check-in. Did require photo ID and a deposit, however refunded pretty quickly after check-out. Otherwise had a pleasant stay in a modern, clean, thoughtful place. ”

“Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. ”

“Long black hair in the bed , surrounding area horribly dirty , a dumping ground outside your window , Apartment was ok ..A little pricey and couldn't understand how there was every cleaning product there to clean the place but absolutely nothing to use to wash yourself ..No soap of any kind ”

“We arrived to a very cold apartment, got the heat going and it eventually warmed up. Best thing about this spot is there is a bus stop right in front that will take you into Belfast”

“This is a great little hotel in Belfast. The parking was an easy walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel is in an excellent location near Belfast Central Station and all other amenities. Staff extremely friendly and polite. Only downside first morning breakfast was cold which was the grill breakfast. We had very early breakfast not sure if the heating trays were warm enough to keep food hot. Had same breakfast next morning it was lovely and hot. Overall great stay.”
