"The property is well situated near to the city center and is well maintained. We were disappointed to find that our allocated parking space was occupied by a previous tennant's vehicle and we were then directed to a difficult to access bay. There was no physical reception and we luckily contacted the manager by phone. The property description listed "access to a pool". Never did find that! The cleaning staff were friendly and kept us well provisioned. "

"First, I booked a king deluxe room and did not get the king bed that was listed. Second, I was at the motel a total of 3 hours. The motel was so unsafe, people were doing dr*gs in just two rooms over, it was very noisy and the room wasn’t clean. 3 hours after being there we booked a room at Mid City Motel. I had told the staff member in reception exactly why we were leaving and he offered to pay for us to go somewhere else of his choosing, which was considerate however we had already booked...

"All staff were absolutely lovely but accommodation is run down majorly. Arrived with a big group and given any company would find that stressful, there was no organisation whatsoever. Half of us were left without a key, facilities weren’t great and one of the rooms were without a lock. It’s fine for one night but don’t stay by yourself. "
